Vacancy: Department Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the daily operations of the department;
• Understand and efficiently utilize production technologies and equipment operating principles;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and inform staff regularly;
• Suggest improvements to enhance department efficiency and productivity;
• Monitor product quality and ensure packaging meets required standards;
• Execute production plans in line with company goals;
• Prepare and submit reports to the Production Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 2–3 years of relevant experience;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Working Conditions:

• 6-day work week, 1 day off (Sunday);
• Salary: negotiable, based on experience and interview results;
• Company provides a corporate mobile number;
• Workplace: Masazir settlement, near Qurtuluş residential complex, Absheron region;
• Transportation service available from Sumgayit, Khirdalan, Saray, and 20 Yanvar metro station.
